At VIP Home Improvement, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.At VipChoc.com, we offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items:

• If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• To assist with your claim, email us a picture of the damaged item along with your order number.
• Once we verify the issue, we will be happy to offer:
  • A replacement for the damaged item (of the same kind), or
  • A refund processed within 30 days.
